U10 Lightning Carnival Crowns Its First Pennant Winner
The U10 Quick Stix Lightning Carnival was back on Sunday for the first time in 2026, running alongside the Sue Sofarnos Memorial Round as part of a big day of lacrosse. This time, there was a pennant on the line.
Ten teams of kids from eight clubs turned out: Camberwell, Caulfield, Chadstone, MCC, Eltham, Footscray, Wyndham and Williamstown Women's. It was fast and great fun!
The Caulfield/Chadstone combined team took home the inaugural pennant after an exciting final against Wyndham Purple. Well played to all.
