Lacrosse Together Cup Education Session
Lacrosse Victoria is thrilled to announce the Lacrosse Together Cup LGBTQIA+ Allyship Education Session will be held on Tuesday, 13 October.
This vital information will help prepare Lacrosse Together Cup participants and the wider lacrosse community to understand the role of allyship and will cover common experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalised groups in sporting environments, helping to increase participants understanding of why the focus on inclusion, and why the role of strong allyship is so important for everyone at Lacrosse Victoria and beyond. Participants will finish the session with simple ideas and actions to take back to teams and clubs to progress their journey toward being safe and welcoming environments for all.
