  • Experienced - For teams who are very competitive and are playing to win
  • Intermediate - For teams who are just wanting to have a bit of fun
  • Novice - For teams who are newer to lacrosse

Game Format: The game is 3 v 3 and non-contact. All players can play everything. So, it ends up being more of a 3 v 2 + a goalie. The game is free flowing and has limited rules to make it easy for participants new and experienced. Check out this quick video of the game format in action! The game is non-contact so everyone can play together with whatever stick they have, and so all genders, ages, and abilities can play together. If you’d like to have a look at the rules, click here.

Number of Players in a Team: There are up to 10 players on a team, but since it is 3 v 3, you can even have teams as low as 5 or 6 people. Why so many subs then? Well the game is very fast with lots of up and back on a small basketball sized field. We recommend lots of subs to help keep the fun, inclusive, social vibes of the day, to ensure people don’t get too tired during the 2 – 3 hours of lacrosse play, and to help get more people involved in this low-cost fun day of celebrating our Lacrosse Pride!

Team Make Up: All genders, ages, abilities, and clubs can play together! You can have a mixture of people who play lacrosse, people who have never tried lacrosse, partners and friends of lacrosse players, friends from other clubs, teammates / friends from other sports, and the list goes on and on. So, grab your friends, siblings, parents, teammates, and colleagues and enter your team today!

Team Uniforms: Each team can decide on their own team’s uniform. You can wear your club uniform, rainbows, Hawaiian shirts, tutus, or whatever your team wants! If there are any clashes on the day, LV will have bibs available.

Player Registration: All players must be registered prior to the event to cover them insurance wise and to ensure each player receives their free Lacrosse Together Cup Tote Bag! Please click the link here to register now: Player Registration Form
