Ruth Allen

Ruth Allen is a passionate advocate for community sport and inclusive leadership, with a professional background in government, governance, stakeholder engagement and hospitality. Her son plays for Caulfield and comes from a proud lacrosse family (Brewer), with his father, grandparents and uncle all having played. Ruth values the connection, legacy and sense of belonging that sport brings to families and communities alike. She has previously held governance and advisory roles across education, mental health, tourism and financial wellbeing. Ruth brings a community-minded and values-driven approach to the Board.
