Rachel Devine

Rachel joined the team in 2025 as Communications and Marketing Officer, bringing a deep background in visual storytelling, social media and sport-focused content, and a genuine love for the lacrosse community.

Rachel Devine is a professional photographer and visual storyteller with a long career creating engaging content for sport, community and major brands. With a background in commercial photography, copywriting and social media, she specialises in telling authentic stories that grow participation and connection, particularly for women and young people in sport. Rachel has worked with organisations including Cricket Victoria and Bupa, combining strong visual content with clear messaging and strategy. She is also the author of Beyond Snapshots (Random House). Rachel brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work as a long-time content creator and a mum of two lacrosse players who genuinely understands the community she’s communicating with.

While the role is officially part-time, Rachel is rarely offline and is usually just a message away. If you need her, a DM is often faster than email.
