Lacrosse Background

I accepted a Lacrosse Victoria Director position in mid 2025, taking on the role as a way to give back to a sport that has brought me great joy, connection and community throughout much of my adult life.

My lacrosse journey began in my early 20s after I dropped my sister at training. I went on to play with Newport for 14 years and then Altona for a further 10 years, where I have remained involved as a volunteer.

• I have played at State League level for both Newport and Altona.
• I have coached junior boys and girls, as well as senior women.
• I have officiated junior, senior men’s and women’s games, including at state level.

Professional Experience

Professionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Manufacturing Management. I began my career as a laboratory chemist before moving into operations leadership roles.

My experience includes working as a Production Manager in organic recycling and as a Site Manager in the construction recycling industry.

Why I Serve

I serve as a director to contribute to the continued growth and strength of the lacrosse community, and to support a sport that has given me so much over many years.
