Lacrosse Together Cup Education Session
Lacrosse Victoria is thrilled to have Proud2Play deliver the LGBTIQ+ Allyship in Lacrosse Education Session to our community in the lead up to the Lacrosse Together Cup!
This vital information will help prepare Lacrosse Together Cup participants and the wider lacrosse community to understand the role of allyship in supporting LGBTIQ+ people in sport and movement settings.
The session will cover what allyship is, how people can be allies, and how to enact allyship behaviours. It will also help participants address and respond to discrimination, specifically homo/bi/transphobia, and increase support for LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the context of your organisation or club.
