LGBTQI+ Education Session

We are excited to have the opportunity to reschedule the LGBTQI+ Inclusion in Lacrosse education session!

Education on LGBTQI+ inclusion in sport can help break down barriers, smash stereotypes, and make your club and our sport a more welcoming place, which is why it is so important to get as many teammates, coaches, officials, volunteers, team managers, and parents as we can to attend the session.

This has been purposefully placed it on a training night for most clubs, so hopefully you can pop into the clubrooms and join the online session as a team after training. The session will be delivered by Pride Cup Australia.

If it is not your training night, please feel free to join separately or make a team bonding night out of it.

Why should I attend?

The aim of the Pride Cup education program is to explore and tackle the current climate and attitudes towards LGBTIQ+ inclusion within Australian community sporting clubs and equip your club with the tools to challenge discrimination.
