3 Cheers For Volunteers

This National Volunteer Week (20 to 26 May), the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is once again rallying the sport sector to celebrate and thank the 3 million sport volunteers across Australia with a big 3 Cheers for Volunteers!

Celebrating the Heart and Soul of Victorian Lacrosse: Our Volunteers

In the spirit of National Volunteer Week, it is with immense gratitude and admiration that we honour the incredible volunteers of Victorian Lacrosse. This week, dedicated to recognizing the contributions of volunteers across Australia, provides a perfect opportunity to reflect on and celebrate the dedication, passion, and hard work of those who form the backbone of our lacrosse community.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of Victorian Lacrosse. From coaching and mentoring young athletes to organising events, managing teams, and maintaining facilities, volunteers contribute in countless ways. Their selfless dedication ensures that the sport thrives and that players of all ages and skill levels have the opportunity to engage in lacrosse, build friendships, and develop their skills both on and off the field.

A Heartfelt Thank You

To all our volunteers, your contributions are invaluable, and your impact is immeasurable. You are the unsung heroes who make Victorian Lacrosse possible. Your hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm embody the spirit of the sport and create a welcoming and vibrant community.

This National Volunteer Week, we extend our deepest thanks and appreciation to each and every one of you. Your selfless efforts not only sustain our sport but also enrich the lives of everyone involved. Victorian Lacrosse is stronger and more vibrant because of you.

Thank you for all that you do. #3CheersForVolunteers
