Triball Lacrosse is a new social program targeted at teens aged 12-17. Lacrosse Victoria received funding through VicHealth's Growing Participation in Sport grant. This grant has allowed Lacrosse Victoria to pilot some programs in the Melbourne area to design a program to interest teens.
The program designed by Lacrosse Victoria's Development Officer, Kristen Hutchison, is a social lacrosse program that can be adapated to fit any skill level. The program has been designed in consultation with lacrosse and non-lacrosse teenages to make sure Triball is a program that teens are actually interested in!
Triball is a program designed to be flexible. Triabll is a 4-6 week program made up of hour long sessions. It can be run at a club, school, community centre and can be taken indoors or out. The program can be run before or after school, before, during or after your club training session and can be a weekday or weekend program.
If your club or school is interested in running a Triball program, please contact Kristen at development.officer@lacrossevictoria.com.au. She will be able to answer any questions you might have.
