Lacrosse Victoria would like to announce three major changes to the staff for 2020.

Lacrosse Victoria is sad to say goodbye to General Manager Sam Watson. Sam has been with Lacrosse Victoria since June 2016 and leaves behind a strong legacy surrounding modernisation and growth. Sam has worked tirelessly to acquire multiple grants, increase staff numbers and foster positive relationships between Lacrosse Victoria and it’s numerous stakeholders. Lacrosse Victoria would like to thank Sam for all of his hard work and dedication over the past few years. Sam’s final day with LV will be the 24th of January. We wish him all the very best in his future endeavours. Lacrosse Victoria will fill the position as soon as possible. For those interested, the role will be advertised shortly.

Lacrosse Victoria also bids farewell to Recruitment Officer Brendan Murphy. During his time with Lacrosse Victoria, Brendan had a great impact on the sport, assisting clubs with grant writing and acquisition, improving child safety standards and promoting Quick Stix to grow the game we all love. Brendan will be missed and we wish him the best of luck in the future.

Lacrosse Victoria is pleased to announce that Matt Keogh will step into the role of Participation Officer in a full time capacity. Matt joined the LV staff in July 2019 as a part-time Participation Officer and brings a wealth of knowledge from previous participation roles in other sports. He will continue to manage the School portfolio as well as the newly acquired grant for the 6v6 competition.
