A gathering of past and present senior club officials and Life Members of the Williamstown Lacrosse Club took place recently at the Williamstown Library. The occasion was the launch of a special exhibition featuring the long and rich history of the Williamstown club which was formed in 1898.

The exhibition, which is a joint venture between the club and the Hobson’s Bay Library will be running until November 18th. It includes historical photographs, documents, memorabilia items and an interactive digital presentation. The exhibition started on the 8th of October and can be viewed during the library's opening hours through the 18th of November.

Damien Orr has assisted the Library staff in bringing the exhibition together with items loaned by the club.

It is great to see lacrosse featured publicly in this way – get along and see the exhibition if you get a chance.
