Melbourne Indoor Lacrosse League

What is MILL?

MILL is an indoor lacrosse competition which provides a safe and enjoyable environment for players of all genders, ages and abilities to play a non-contact form of Indoor lacrosse with modified rules.

Each season is usually 8 weeks in length and runs throughout the year, with the exception of School and Public holidays.

Participants are encouraged to form their own team (5 players on the court at once, with a substitute bench of additional players).

Individuals can often be accommodated into teams.

When and Where is MILL?

MILL is played on Monday nights from 7pm at the Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre in Warner Ave Ashburton.

What is the cost?

Each team plays a fee to enter. This is usually about $6-8 per week per player, depending on the number of players per team.
