Apply now for the Senior Women's State Team 2013 and be part of the ALA Senior Men's & Women's National Championships in Melbourne, Victoria.
Who: Registered member of an affiliated Lacrosse Victoria Inc. club and minimum age of 16 years as at January 1st, 2013
When: Wednesday, 5th of June - Saturday, 8th of June, 2013
Where: Melbourne, VIC
All Players intending to trial for selection are required to complete this application form and return to secretary@lacrossevictoria.com.au.
Trial dates are as follows:
- Tuesday, 9th of April - 7.30pm to 9.30pm
- Tuesday, 16th of April - 7.30pm to 9.30pm
Trial Location:
- Altona Lacrosse Club - inside the club rooms (don't gear up)
Playing Shirt:
- Please bring a white shirt & a dark shirt
