Permits and Transfer Forms

A Permit is required when a player is playing at two different clubs in the same season e.g. juniors in the morning & seniors in the afternoon.

A Transfer is required when a player is changing clubs either short term or permanently (playing at one club). The club seeking a player transfer should complete this form and submit to the players original club with a copy submitted to Lacrosse Victoria.
