Membership and Registration

All players and officials are required to fill out a membership and registration form to compete or officiate in any sunctioned Lacrosse Victoria (LV) competition.  LV registration forms and membership declarations must be submitted to LV following a players first game.

Please note that junior players are required to provide a copy of their Birth certificates as proof of age.  The LV office records all Birth Certificates and is able to provide to each clubs a list of a list of junior members who have not yet provided LV with a copy of proof of age.
